A Sewer Junction install for a Green Title Lot can be a lengthy project, but not for Alpine Drainage. A residential customer in Mount Pleasant enlisted the services of Alpine Drainage to install a Sewer Junction to their Green Title Lot property. This specific project required access to the neighbouring property. The dividing fence and landscaping of the adjacent property had to be removed to gain access to the underground sewer line. Once Alpine Drainage gained access, they ran the line from the property to the sewer line. The Department of Water was then able to connect the line from the property to the sewer line. Once connected, Alpine Drainage reinstalled the fence and the landscaping of the neighbouring property.
